OF QUALITY AND PRODUCT CONTROL

Our mission is to produce castings for the mechanical industry, with a strong trend towards the client.
The quality of our products is monitored and guaranteed from the first steps up to the delivery of final product: making of the mould, casting or work machining. Our products are subjected to rigorous tests, following the international qualitative standards and following instruction from the customers.
Quality system, in accordance with ISO 9001, has been active since 2000 to nowadays.
The Internationally Recognized Certificate is emitted by IQNET and CISQ and ICIM (Institute of Certification for Industrial and Mechanical fields).

INSPECTION AND REPORT

We guarantee to our clients that the products are conform and ready to be used straight away in the production cycle. Every dispatch is monitored by qualified staff using cutting edge instruments, after which FV CAST transmit a written report to client (Expediting Report). The report is correlated by photographic documents which attest the testing on materials and the dimensional control made on products.
On request other test s are available: porosity verification by ultrasound or radiographic methods, controls on roughness. Every single casting is identified and traceable, from upstream to downstream, and it is submitted with conformity
certificate of materials mod. 3.1 under UNI-EN-10204 regulations, which comprehend tensile strength test, hardness and
resilience tests, chemical analysis on 14 elements and micrography.
